3. It is with double electric weigher measuring, its most advantage is high precision, usually the weigh error will not exceed 0.3% , this is much economic suit for weighing the expensive item, such as nutrient medicine particle ect.
4. If the client want equip a feeder machine, the weighing filling machine is equip a sensor that is control the feeder machine automatic running, it is much practical in working.
5. It is equip with touch screen operation interface, PLC inside the control panel. This will make the machine much convenient in operation, durable in running.

Warranty and after sale service:

(B). Out of warranty, if any mechanical & electrical componment part malfunction, we offer the spare parts and charge with factory price, but the DHL/Ocean shipping Cost is on consumer’s bill;

3. Our engineer’s door to door service is available at buyer/user’s request, but we will charge the round trip air ticket cost, accomodation cost,apply visa cost and salary per day is on buyer’s for buyer;
The principle & construction of the machine:
The main construction of the automatic filling machine is the electric vibrator feeder and weighing hopper. The upper part is the reserve hopper, the raw material(such as soybean) is loading into the reserve hopper by the elevator conveyor. Beneath the reserve hopper is the vibrator feeder’s tray, the soybean falling on the tray at the effective of gravity.
The bag packing machine’s intelligent will control the vibrator working and vibrating, the tray will forced vibrate, this will make the soybean that accumulated on the tray vibrates and flow into weighing hopper. The weighing hopper is fixed with weighing sensor(load cell) and the loaded sugar weight is monitored continuously. There will comes an electric signal from intelligent control system that shut off the vibrator feeding at the point of loaded weight soybean reach to target weight value(for example user want filling 100 kg soybean per pouch, the 100 kg is referred to target weight value).
The next is user control the approach switch this will comes another electric signal to initiate the small motor and split and open the weigher hopper’s jaw, the sugar will falling and discharge into pouch/bag.
Machine’s Application and characteristic:
Applicable to all kinds of granule/particle item that is with good fluidity, such as sugar, seed, wheat, rice, soybean, peanut ect. The machine adopt the high precision electric weigher measuring method. The sugar is supply to the weigher tray via the electric vibrator, the vibrator will cease automatic when the weigher hopper tray contained sugar weight reach to the pre-set target weight valve, the hopper tray will split when get the electric sensor signal from user, then the sugar will filling down via the outlet port and into bags/bottle.
Filling machine mainly contain feeding equipment, weighing hoppers and electronic controller. This machine can do feeding, weighing work independently. The electronic control system controls its work fluently, suitable for variety packaging containers with various size, the filling weight can vary from in its amount.

PLC control system is designed in colored screen, you can store 10 parameters for later use.The machine is made of stainless steel 304 and plexi glass, easily cleanup. Specific design with vibrational feed-in, electronic feedback system better guarantee its higher accuracy.
